Okay, maybe that’s a grand goal but we should be able to at least downsize our own trash output.

Indoor Sled

Punch two holes about 2 inches from top of a large cardboard box about 4-inches apart. Thread a piece of rope through each hole and tie a knot on the inside of the box to hold the rope in place. One child can sit in the box while another child or adult uses the rope to drag the box over a carpet, packed snow or wet grass. Caution: box will eventually fall apart when dragged over wet landscape.

Firmer Thighs Using Plastic Ball

A soft plastic ball such as a soccer or beach ball is great for toning your inner-thighs. Hold the ball between your knees while sitting close to the edge of your chair. Squeeze your legs together and hold for a count of ten. Do double-duty by doing this while you’re sitting at your desk working or while watching television.

Water Bottle Caps as Laptop Protectors

I have two laptops, that run pretty much 24/7. What I do because laptops get real hot (is to use) plastic lids from anything as little legs, to raise the laptops up. With a desk top $5.0 0 fan that runs beside it, it works perfectly.
